I see a lot of reviews saying its not working. I had that problem when I first tried it but then figured out that it has to be wet or have the gel/spray on it to work. Just thought id share with anyone who's having issues.

I have had excruciating pain in my lower back, buttocks. I have sciatic and pudendal nerve pain for about 16 years. Doctors were not able to diagnose the problem. I have used this Acubelt with my tens unit for the last few years. I wear it all of my waking hours. I really don't know how I would have lived without this thing.

This thing is a great addition to the HIDOW line. the pads couple better, but become useless eventually as the adhesive fades. This uses water and is much more reliable. My wife uses it at least once a week on her shoulders. The velcro setup is not as good as it could be if it used some kind of a loop clasp instead, but we make it work. If you use a TENS unit, you need one of these. We will likely get a second one.
