If you are having operation issues with your Nampad device, please view our “Trouble Shooting Step” page inside your box. If it is determined that warranty service is necessary, you can send in the defective device to the Namirsa Warranty department at the address below. A small restocking and handling fee might be charged depending on the item.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. Nampad will either repair the defective unit or exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts.
To honor our warranty please send a picture of the defective device with a screenshot of the receipt (or actual receipt) to our email email@example.com or to the address below.

Please include the following items with your return:
– Defective unit only (we do not need the box, pads, wires, etc. unless requested by customer service)
– Copy of your receipt showing the date, vendor, and amount paid
– a brief note describing the reason for return.
– Return shipping address and phone number.
Make sure that you are buying an original Namirsa Product. Other companies might carry a device that was created to look similar but does not have the same technology and is not registered with the FDA. Purchase from our website namirsainc.com or from one of our authorized dealers.
Physical places give our client to the opportunity to try the unit before buying it so they can shop with confidence. Also Sales Teams travel with a limited amount of units, therefore when a unit is sold, it automatically means that someone else cannot buy the product that weekend. Therefore all purchases from trade shows, mall kiosks, or retail stores are not eligible for refunds.

You can return new, unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund, only an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. A restocking fee may be applied.
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
